Beer & Mustard-Marinated Rack of Lamb

Featuring our Frozen Australia Lamb Chops,

We will be preparing 4 servings of Beer & Mustard-Marinated Rack of Lamb


  • 1 Australian rack of lamb
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/4 C Belgian beer
  • 1 Tbsp coarse ground mustard
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp honey

Now let’s get cooking!

Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, beer, mustard, pepper, salt and honey. Rub the marinade into the rack of lamb by hand.

Step 2: Let it marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Flip it over and let it marinate for another 30 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3: Preheat a grill to MEDIUM-HIGH heat for 15 minutes before cooking the lamb. 

Step 4: Grill the lamb meat-side down for approximately 5 minutes with the lid open.

Step 5: Flip the rack over and cook an additional 5 minutes for medium-rare.

Step 6: Let the rack rest off the heat for 5 minutes, then cut it into individual chops.

Step 7: Serve immediately.
